Description of terminal blocks

1.Uax, Ubx: power grid AB line voltage 400V(if you do not need to track the power grid voltage after excitation, you can not connect).

2.Ua, Ub: power generator end AB line voltage 400V.

3.N: neutral line of generator.

4.IC in, IC out: generator C phase current transformer (CT5A)

5.L+, L- : excitation winding to AC exciter.

6.DL auxiliary: the normally closed auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker (the regulator judges the grid-connected state through this contact. If there is no redundant contact, it can be directly empty, but at this time, the "magnetic off" key is invalid, and affects the load rejection overvoltage).

7. Excitation, excitation, magnetic signal (the point input is effective, can not be connected).

8.COM:DL auxiliary, excitation, excitation, excitation off signal common end.

9. Excitation: remote control excitation is directly connected to the excitation loop, the external control input contact should be introduced separately, not shared with other circuits, its contact capacity should not be less than 10A(can not be connected).

Communication interface: upper computer RS485 communication (default no this interface, need to be optional).

4.3. Wiring precautions:

1.Uax and Ubx need to be connected through the circuit breaker (see wiring diagram QF2) or fuse, greater than or equal to 1A.

2.Ua and Ub need to be connected through the circuit breaker (see wiring diagram QF1) or after the fuse. Select according to the rated excitation current of the AC exciter, and the maximum excitation current cannot exceed 16A.

3. Phase C current transformer, if the inlet and outlet end is reversed, it will cause magnetic loss or overexcitation after grid connection.

4. When the generator has no remanence (AN phase voltage is less than 3V), when the AC exciter is magnetized by the battery, pay attention to the polarity, the positive electrode of the battery corresponds to L+, and the negative electrode corresponds to L-. If the polarity is reversed, it will cause damage to the thyristor inside the regulation, so it is best to remove the regulator L+.L- connection when magnetizing.

Five, the use of instructions

Note: The corresponding program version of this description is V6.30 and above. In the early version of the program, if the corresponding parameter is not found in the parameter setting, it means that there is no function. The program version can be viewed in "5.5. View more data "inside the description.

5.1, working mode LED light description

1. "Constant voltage" light indicates that it is currently in constant voltage regulation mode.

If the Constant COS light is on, it indicates that it is in constant power factor regulation mode.

3. The "constant voltage" and "constant COS" lights are on at the same time, indicating that the current control Angle adjustment mode is constant.

5.2, display data LED light description

Press "Display" key digital tube in the following four data cycle switch display:

1. When the "frequency" light is on, the current frequency of the generator is displayed, and the digital tube display begins with F.

2. When the "voltage" is on, the current measured voltage is displayed under the "constant voltage" and "constant control Angle" mode (the voltage with the adjustment value superimposed after grid connection), and the display begins with U; In the "constant power factor" mode display the current power factor, display with C.

3. When the "Control Angle" light is on, the current thyristor control Angle is displayed, and the display begins with A.

4. When the "given voltage" is on, the current given voltage is displayed in the "constant voltage" mode; In the "constant power factor" mode display the current given power factor; Display the current given control Angle in "Constant control Angle" mode.

When the voltage and given voltage are displayed in percentage (factory default mode, 400V corresponds to 100%), continuously press and hold the "Switch" key for 4 seconds, it will be switched to the actual value display (400V), release the "Switch" key, and after pressing and holding again for 4 seconds, it will be switched to the percentage display.

5.3, the running status of LED light description

1. "Running" light: used to indicate whether the regulator is running, flashing at intervals of 1 second.

2. "Grid connected" light: lights when the generator is connected to the grid (circuit breaker is closed).

3. "Low frequency" light: light when the frequency is below 40Hz.

4. "Magnetic Off" indicator: It is on when "magnetic off" is operated, and off at other times.

5. "Underexcitation" light: when the generator is connected to the grid and in the phase state, it is bright (the power factor is in the leading position), and the regulator automatically increases the excitation under the underexcitation state until it exits the "underexcitation" state (in the "constant control Angle" mode, it will prompt underexcitation, but it will not automatically increase excitation).

5.4, button function.

1. "Increase" key: each press, the given voltage plus 1 (plus 4 when the actual value of the voltage is displayed) or the given power factor minus 0.01 or the given control Angle minus 1 degree.

2. "Reduce excitation" key: Every press, the given voltage is reduced by 1 (the actual value of the voltage is reduced by 4) or the given power factor is increased by 0.01 or the given control Angle is increased by 1 degree.

Note: Press "increase" or "reduce" key automatically switch the display to "given voltage", do not press the key after 3 seconds, return to the original display data bar. When the "low frequency" light is on, the "given voltage" value cannot be changed manually.

In the parameter setting interface, press the "Increase" or "reduce" key only to modify the parameter value.

3. "Magnetic Off" key: It is invalid in the grid-connected state. When it is not connected to the grid, press the "magnetic off" key to automatically disable the magnetic.

4. The "display" button: press "display" in turn display "frequency" - > "voltage" - > "control Angle" - > "a given voltage" - > "frequency" - >... .

5. "Switch" key: Used to change the working mode. The default power on mode is "constant voltage" adjustment mode. When the "Adjust mode switching Settings" parameter is set to HCO2 or HCOS (the new version of the program cancelates the HCO2 mode) : before the grid connection, press the "Switch" key is invalid, and meet the conditions after the grid connection (see "5.6. Operation Mode Description) Press the "Switch" key to switch between the "constant voltage" and "constant power factor" adjustment modes. When it is set to HALF, press the "Switch" key before grid-connection to switch between the "constant voltage" and "constant control Angle" adjustment mode. After grid-connection, press the "Switch" key is invalid and locked into the "constant control Angle" adjustment mode.

5.5, View more data

Hold down the "Display" and "Increase" keys for 3 seconds at the same time, "frequency", "voltage", "control Angle", "given voltage" lights on at the same time, it means to enter more data viewing state. Press the "Display" key to display the following data in turn, and press the "Switch" key to exit this interface. (XXX indicates the actual display data, the same below).

2.dXXX: Current generator voltage

3.ZXXX: The generator voltage with the adjustment value superimposed, which is the same as the data in the voltage field of the main interface.
