Processing process: make a sample according to the cross-section size of the water cutting edge, use the sample to draw a line on the large plane of the water bucket, turn the center of the runner on the vertical lathe according to the size of the runner, and turn it on the runner water bucket check with template;
It is characterized by at least one hoop in the outer circle of the runner, which connects adjacent water buckets to each other, and the said hoop is a circular hoop, located at the maximum radius of the runner. The advantage is that without changing the structure and production process of the traditional impact type runner, the stress condition of the water bucket is changed to fundamentally solve the problem that the stress concentration at the root of the water bucket is easy to produce fatigue cracks and then expand and finally break, and the cost is small, low, basically no need to add any new processing equipment, short processing cycle, suitable for the production of small and medium-sized hydraulic turbine production enterprises, low investment, high efficiency.
