High Efficiency Hydraulic Air Cooler for Hydro Turbine Units
The structure of the whole air cooling unit is relatively simple. The cooling air of the unit first flows out of the cooler, and then it is divided into two channels, from the upper air inlet and the lower air inlet, into the motor. Part of the air flows to the magnetic pole and merges with the radial air flow, then enters the hot air chamber and finally flows into the condenser. After the hot air is cooled in the condenser, the above cycle process can be repeated. In this way, the heat generated by the stator and rotor of the motor can be taken away by the cooling air, so that the temperature of each part of the motor is controlled within a reasonable range to achieve the purpose of cooling. Under the action of the rotor fan, the cooling air generates power to circulate, and then the air is cooled by the air cooler arranged outside the stator frame, and then the air cooler is cooled by the technical water supply system of the power station and the heat is taken away.
