3.What problems should be paid attention to in the operation of elastic metal plastic tiles?
1). The brake speed of the unit. The running of the unit at low speed will increase the wear of the bushes. Most of the unit's braking speed is 15% to 25% of the rated speed, and rarely 10%. Someone proposed to allow braking under 10% of the rated speed, or even allow inert shutdown. The author believes that for safety reasons, it is better to reduce the brake speed to about 20% of the rated speed. It is best not to use the inert shutdown in general.
2). Alarm and accident shutdown temperature setting. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the fluoroplastic tile, its thermal conductivity is about 1/130 of Babbitt alloy, so the temperature difference between the tile surface and the tile body is large, and the temperature difference between the pure PTFE (white) tile surface and the tile body is about 25 ℃~30℃, the temperature difference between the tile surface and the tile body of the Chinese polytetrafluoroethylene (gray) is about 20℃~30℃, and the reaction speed is slow, sometimes 20min~30min later. Therefore, the alarm temperature and the accident shutdown temperature must be adjusted accordingly. The State Power Corporation proposed that it is feasible to increase the alarm temperature by 4℃~6℃ on the basis of the normal (highest) stable watt temperature, and then increase the shutdown temperature by 2℃~3℃. During operation, monitoring the temperature of the fluoroplastics tile is the main method to confirm whether the unit is operating normally. It should mainly monitor the variation range of the tile temperature, and control the tile temperature by grasping the changing rule of the tile temperature of the unit within a year to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
3). About the top rotor. Frequent top rotor and long top rotor time are not beneficial to the unit. The longer the high-pressure holding time, the more chances of damage to the high-pressure oil pump, oil pipeline, and air brake seal. For fluoroplastic tiles, the length of time for the mirror plate to separate from the tile is different, but the effect is the same. The height of the top rotor also needs to be limited, as long as the mirror plate is separated from the tile. According to operating experience and reviewing related operating documents, it is recommended to start the top rotor of the unit after stopping for 20 days.
4). Manufacturing quality. If the tile surface does not crack with the billet and the tile surface does not crack, it should be said that the quality of the tile will not be a problem for safe operation. If the quality is not good, the area around the tile surface will be cracked and unwelded with the billet, destroying the integrity of the tile, resulting in increased tile wear, which will inevitably affect the operation of the unit. Therefore, the tile surface should be checked during the acceptance of the new tile and each inspection The welding quality of the substrate.
